How we manage your property

After taking on your property, we begin by giving it a free (that's right!) cosmetic overhaul – new funiture, a lick of paint or whatever is required to attract high-quality tenants.This adds value to your property, which we maintain through regular professional cleaning.We specialise in houses in multiple occupation (HMOs) and high-quality serviced accommodation. We find the best tenants for your property, and take care of them – dealing with day-to-day correspondence, cleaning, maintenance and basic repairs ourselves. For you, it's like outsourcing all the duties of a landlord – whilst receiving reliable passive rental income.At the end of our agreement we can provide you with several options, one of which is for Tozer Property Management to purchase your property if it aligns with your long-term goals. Who we are

The Tozer family have owned and managed property in London, Devon and Cornwall for at least 150 years. Tozer Property Management was founded by Henry Tozer after witnessing the stress and hassle that his landlord mother had to endure and knowing that there must be a better way. Henry has lived in London for many years, building extensive local knowledge and expertise, which has allowed Tozer Property Management to deliver a superior service to both landlords and tenants.
